Tsarska Bistritsa is located 8 km from the village of Madzare and Mountain Hill Luxury Villa, in close proximity to Borovets Resort. The palace served as the residence and hunting lodge of the Bulgarian Tsars Ferdinand and Boris III. Around the palace complex there is a large park with various plant species planted on the order of Tsar Ferdinand, who was an avid botanist. Today, the palace is open for visits from Thursday to Sunday. Visitors can enjoy an authentic royal setting and see some of the personal belongings of King Ferdinand and King Boris III.
